It’s that time again. Some words typed out on a screen of digital space to convey to anyone reading the wheres, whats, and whys of the Dreamtime Create-o-sphere. I wish I had more to relay to everyone but music is at a standstill as of late and will be so for a few more months. The idea for how the songs will be collected and presented as an “album” has increased file size and been deemed classified until they are ALL 100%  COMPLETE!… but… they will be shared to a certain extent as they are finished, as mentioned last month. Good reason to keep checking back here or find us on social media. We like it when you look at our pixels, hear our tiddly bits, and connect at our nodes. Making our stats ripple.

The sentiments I hold toward creating a so called “album” match those of creating the individual songs. It’s like building a story with the music and art, the album itself becomes something more than just the sum of its parts. The work gains another dimension. This is what caught my attention about Concept Albums and recordings that flow the track-list together in organic and creative ways packaged with relative art. I don’t know if this new work can be classified as having a Concept but it does have a theme that I find myself returning to while writing. It’s been interesting.

We’ve needed this time to focus on things outside of music and art. The break will allow us to refresh our minds and see things with new insight once we return to the documents and recordings that await in hibernation.
